Heise attends Chinaplas 2011 Plastics and Rubber Trade Fair
GUANGZHOU, CHINA (May 26, 2011) In building a stronger customer base in Asia, Heise Industries Inc. recently concluded its attendance at Chinaplas 2011. Heise, in partnership with Kautex Machinenbau, a German-based blow molder, showcased a 2 x 6 cavity extrusion blow mold in a Katuex KCC15-D Shuttle Extrusion Blow Molding Machine. The KCC15-D is a state of the art blow molding machine that achieves almost unmanned production with automatic material feeding, de-flashing, leak testing and weighing. The demonstration in the KCC15-D produced a 9 oz. bottle with an output of 36000 pieces per hour.

Heise Industries, Inc., a USA based company, is pleased to announce the opening of a new subsidiary in June 2007 in Vietnam. The new company will be Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
The ground breaking ceremony for the new 12,500 square foot facility will be held Monday February 5, 2007. The grand opening is scheduled for mid-June 2007. The new company is located in the My Phuoc Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The Industrial Park is located 1 hour by car North-West of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). The initial employment will be approximately 15 people.
Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. will manufacture molds for blow molding markets in the USA as well as service international customers operating in Asian markets. The company’s initial production will focus on a well defined segment of the current blow mold market in the USA. Over time they will expand into all segments of the blow mold markets world wide serving global customers. Heise USA will supply all design and engineering to the new entity and will warrantee and service all molds built by Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd. and imported to the United States.
The addition of Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd. will augment the business of Heise Industries, Inc. in the United States. Heise in the USA specializes in the high cavitation mold market. The new operation will focus on smaller cavitation and proprietary machine molds as well as give a presence in the Asian plastics market.
In 1994 Heise Industries, Inc. formed a joint venture with Eduardo Barberena S.A. de C.V. of Mexico City, Mexico to create EByHeise S.A. de C.V. EbyHeise designs and manufactures blow molds primarily in the Mexican, Central American and South American markets. EByHeise brought a presence in these markets that increased opportunities for Heise Industries, Inc. and has been very successful.
