Heise Industries (Vietnam) CO., LTD. began operations at the beginning of September 2007. We were delayed from our original planed opening mostly due to weather. April to November is the rainy season. When they say rainy, they mean rainy! Heise VN currently employs 14 people. The classroom training program began in April and continued up to the point where the machines were in place. From here the actual hands on training began. Most of the manufacturing workers are experienced in the use of CNC machines and 4 workers have an injection mold making background. We have been very pleased with the quality of workers and the extensive backgrounds they have in mold manufacturing. They have come up to speed very quickly under the guidance of Mr. Phuc who is the General Manager and Mr. Traceski who has been the key individual with training and operations. Both Mr. Phuc and Mr. Traceski come from Heise Industries, Inc. in Connecticut. They have done a remarkable job with Heise Industries (Vietnam) CO.,LTD. Their tireless dedication to this project is evident when you visit the site. From the cleanliness and organization of the shop to the quality of the product manufactured. Job well done! We look forward to the New Year. Our plan is to increase the CNC machining capacity along with adding 3 to4 new workers. Heise VN is a new operation but their schedule is already quite busy. |

Heise Industries, Inc., a USA based company, is pleased to announce the opening of a new subsidiary in June 2007 in Vietnam. The new company will be Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. The ground breaking ceremony for the new 12,500 square foot facility will be held Monday February 5, 2007. The grand opening is scheduled for mid-June 2007. The new company is located in the My Phuoc Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. The Industrial Park is located 1 hour by car North-West of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). The initial employment will be approximately 15 people. Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. will manufacture molds for blow molding markets in the USA as well as service international customers operating in Asian markets. The company’s initial production will focus on a well defined segment of the current blow mold market in the USA. Over time they will expand into all segments of the blow mold markets world wide serving global customers. Heise USA will supply all design and engineering to the new entity and will warrantee and service all molds built by Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd. and imported to the United States. The addition of Heise Industries (Vietnam) Co.,Ltd. will augment the business of Heise Industries, Inc. in the United States. Heise in the USA specializes in the high cavitation mold market. The new operation will focus on smaller cavitation and proprietary machine molds as well as give a presence in the Asian plastics market. In 1994 Heise Industries, Inc. formed a joint venture with Eduardo Barberena S.A. de C.V. of Mexico City, Mexico to create EByHeise S.A. de C.V. EbyHeise designs and manufactures blow molds primarily in the Mexican, Central American and South American markets. EByHeise brought a presence in these markets that increased opportunities for Heise Industries, Inc. and has been very successful.
